Moyna AI (“Moyna”, “we”, “us”) is a Bangladesh-based AI platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use our websites, applications and services (together, the “Services”).

Information you give us.

• Account details — your name, email and login information when you sign up.
• Your content — the prompts, files and other inputs you send, and the outputs generated for you.
• Payment information — when you buy a plan, your payment runs through bKash, Nagad or another provider; we receive confirmation of payment, not your full financial details.
• Support messages — whatever you send us when you contact support.

Information we collect automatically.

• Usage data — how you use the Services, such as the features you use and actions you take.
• Device & log data — device type, browser, approximate location and similar technical information.

We use personal data to:

• provide, operate and secure the Services;
• generate answers, images, code and research from your inputs;
• process payments and manage your subscription;
• respond to your support requests;
• improve and develop the Services;
• keep the Services safe and prevent misuse;
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed:

• AI model providers — to generate answers, your inputs are sent to the third-party models that power Moyna (see the next section).
• Service providers — trusted companies that help us run the Services, such as hosting and payments, under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal reasons — where required by law, or to protect rights, safety and the Services.
• Business transfers — if Moyna is part of a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred as part of that deal.

How prompts are processed. To answer you, Moyna sends your inputs to the AI models it runs on, some of which are provided by third parties. Their handling of that data is also subject to their own terms and policies.

Please be mindful. Avoid putting sensitive personal information into your prompts unless you need to.

We keep personal data for as long as we need it to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal reasons. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data or close your account;
• object to, or limit, certain uses of your data.
