Terms of Service

Moyna AI (“Moyna”, “we”, “us”) is a Bangladesh-based AI platform that brings the world’s leading AI models together in one place — for chat, images, code and research — with a Bangla-first experience.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites, applications and services (together, the “Services”).

Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services.

Your account. To use most features you’ll need an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• harm, harass, deceive or impersonate others;
• create illegal, hateful or sexually exploitative content;
• disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Services;
• use the Services to build a competing AI model.

We may set reasonable usage limits to keep the Services fair and safe for everyone.

Inputs are what you send to the Services; Outputs are what the Services generate for you.

Who owns what. As between you and us, you keep your rights in your Inputs and — to the extent allowed by law and by the underlying model providers — you own the Outputs you create.

The licence you give us. You grant us the rights we need to operate, secure and improve the Services — for example, to process your Inputs to produce Outputs.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for your Inputs and for making sure your use of Outputs is lawful. Because of how AI works, similar Outputs may be generated for other users.

Outputs are generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or offensive. Outputs are not professional advice — legal, medical, financial or otherwise.

Always review and verify Outputs before relying on them, especially for important decisions.

The Services give you access to AI models and features provided by third parties, and may link to third-party sites. Your use of those may also be subject to the providers’ own terms.

We are not responsible for third-party services or links, and including them is not an endorsement.

The Services — including our brand, name, logo, software, design and content (other than your Inputs and Outputs) — belong to Moyna or our licensors and are protected by law.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Services under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, resell or misuse our intellectual property.

Free and paid plans. Some features are free; others need a paid plan (Moyna Plus, Pro or Max).

Billing in Taka. Paid plans are billed monthly in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and can be paid using local methods such as bKash and Nagad — no international card is required.

Changes. Plan details are shown on our Pricing page and may change; if a change affects you, it applies from your next billing cycle.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Changing your plan. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and the change takes effect from your next billing cycle.

Refunds. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. For any billing question or refund request, email [email protected].

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them freely to improve the Services, without any obligation to you.

To keep the Services safe and lawful, we may review, limit or remove content, and may use a mix of automated and human review. We may act on content or accounts that break these Terms or our policies.

You can leave anytime. You may stop using the Services at any time.

When we may suspend or end access. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Services or other users.

What continues. When access ends, your right to use the Services stops, but some sections continue to apply — including:

• ownership of the Services;
• disclaimers;
• limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Outputs will be accurate, reliable or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Moyna will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Moyna harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know — for example, by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Resolving disputes. We’d rather resolve any dispute informally first — please contact us and we’ll try to help. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

A few final points:

• Severability. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Moyna about the Services.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
