By accessing or using Moyna AI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old. One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Free & Paid Services
Moyna AI offers a free tier with Moyna 1.0 model and daily chat limits. Paid plans (Plus ৳999, Pro ৳1,499, Max ৳1,999 per month) include premium AI models, credits for image generation, and additional features.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Moyna AI for harassment, threats, or bullying. Generating illegal, harmful, or deceptive content is prohibited. Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems is not allowed.
Intellectual Property
You own the content you create using Moyna AI. Moyna AI and its branding, design, and technology are owned by us. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed before use.
Payment & Billing
Payments are processed via bKash and Nagad in Bangladesh. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew. You can cancel anytime. We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service.
Limitation of Liability
AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may be inaccurate. Moyna AI is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial).
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
